•You agree that MindSight is not liable for:

•Issues arising from third-party service disruptions (e.g., Google or Poshmark API issues).

•Any misuse of the application by you or a third party.

2. User Responsibilities

•You are responsible for ensuring your use of the application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

•You must not use the application in ways that violate the terms of third-party services such as Google or Poshmark.

3. Data Handling and Privacy

•MindSight does not store or retain any user credentials, private data, or Poshmark-related information.

•Any data temporarily processed during your session is used solely to deliver functionality and is not saved post-session.

4. Prohibited Activities

By using the application, you agree NOT to:

1.Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the application’s code.

2.Use the application for malicious purposes.

3.Engage in activities that violate Poshmark’s or Google’s terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

•Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without prior written consent.
